1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and MyRepairShop ("MyRepairShop," "we," "us," or "our"), a business registered in India with its registered office at Ayanagar, Delhi 110047, India, concerning your access to and use of the website located at https://myrepairshop.in and the repair-shop management software and related services offered through it (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register for or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyRepairShop is a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform for phone repair shop owners, providing job sheet management, point-of-sale billing, inventory tracking, customer management, GST-compliant invoicing, and related repair-shop business tools.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for the Service and keep that information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register a business account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the Service, including customer information, pricing, and job sheet details.

4. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

• New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period, as displayed at the time of registration. At the end of the trial period, continued use of paid features requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan features are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• We may suspend or limit access to paid features if payment is not received when due.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems or networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law;
• Use the Service to store or transmit any data you do not have the lawful right to store or transmit, including customer data collected without appropriate consent.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business, customer, and job sheet data you enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate handling of Customer Data, including obtaining any consents required from your own customers under applicable data protection law. We will handle Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not sell your Customer Data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to MyRepairShop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, payment gateways or SMS/WhatsApp providers). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyRepairShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease; certain provisions of these Terms (including Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 12) will survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
