Go to Products → Add Product to add a spare part or product to your inventory. Enter a name, SKU, category, unit, and pricing (purchase price and selling price).
Once a part is in inventory, you can attach it to a job sheet — when you add it to a repair, stock is automatically deducted, so your inventory count always reflects what's actually left on the shelf.
If you're switching from paper records or another system, you can bulk-import your existing inventory from an Excel spreadsheet instead of adding items one by one — look for Import Products under the Products menu.
