The first time you open the POS screen each day (or each shift), MyRepairShop asks you to open a Cash Register by entering your Cash in hand amount. This lets the system reconcile your cash sales against what's physically in the drawer at the end of the day.
You'll find this at Sell → POS, or by clicking the POS button in the top bar. Once your register is open, you can start billing directly. At the end of the day, close the register to see a summary of cash in vs. cash out.
