Every job sheet moves through a status as the repair progresses. The default statuses are:
- Received — the device has come in and is logged
- In Progress — a technician is actively working on it
- Complete — the repair is finished and ready for pickup
- Failed — the repair couldn't be completed
- Delivered — the device has been returned to the customer
Each status has its own color, which shows up on the job sheet list so you can scan your whole workload at a glance.
If you turn on notifications for a job sheet, the customer is automatically messaged via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp whenever you change its status — so you don't have to call every customer individually when their phone is ready.
