Go to User Management → Users to add a staff account. Each staff member gets their own login, so you can see who did what — who created a job sheet, who processed a sale, who changed a repair status....
Go to User Management → Users to add a staff account. Each staff member gets their own login, so you can see who did what — who created a job sheet, who processed a sale, who changed a repair status.
Under User Management → Roles, you can define exactly what each role can do — for example, giving technicians access to update job sheet statuses without letting them view financial reports, while counter staff can bill customers but not manage settings.
