Customers don't need an account or a login to check on their repair. From the MyRepairShop homepage, they can search their repair status using just their job sheet number, invoice number, or mobile number.
This is on by default for every business — there's nothing to configure. It's one of the simplest ways to cut down on "is my phone ready yet?" phone calls, especially when combined with automatic SMS/WhatsApp/Email status notifications.
